The food is very good. I went on Valentine's Day, which was very busy! They need larger bathrooms or maybe more than one for ladies. The cheesecake slice I ordered, (The Banana Pudding) was excellent!! But their prices are extremely high! Those who don't have much money, definitely can't go there often!

It was fantastic. The server was on cue on everything. The food was delicious and you can scan the menu at the host stand.

Not happy with how they handled the coupon redemption and corporate office was not very helpful. Employees not familiar with coupon and I wasted a 30 minute drive to Tampa to redeem the coupon to find out it was not going to be honored when that information should have been given to me over the phone. It took two occasions leaving comments and then a phone call to get a response from the corporate office. Even though I was greatly inconvenienced, I only got partial credit on my coupon. With the current rising FL COVID 19 cases, I feel the period for redemption should have been extended.

I need to make a reservation at your restaurant on father's day and your still not opening the dining room area. Not fair at all I had to cancel my fiance''s birthday reservation in march because you were closed down due to covid-19 which I understand. My fiance' will not eat nowhere else for father's day... he's been hinting me to eat at your restaurant and he really deserves it too.

I can't be the best to judge what other types of food that they have, but their cheesecake is by far my favorite thing to get from this place. My favorite is the original strawberry cheesecake. Next that is white chocolate raspberry Oh, but it's very sweet, But good to share with at least two people per slice. If you get the really big slice of chocolate. , get ready to share that with at least three people. It is a really large slice. I tried it Godiva Chocolate one, It is very rich. I recommend Sharing that at least with two people as well.

Service was simply amazing and the Celebration Cheesecake was so delightful, that you wanna go slap somebody. Lol. (Not physically, but with a hug). It melted in my mouth and I almost feel out of my seat. Thanks CCF

When in Tampa, our Favorite place to go. Prefer to eat at the bar (comfortable seats) waitstaff ALWAYS friendly, helpful & food was Abundant & Delicious with some new dishes on the lite/skinny side-still Amazed at what we bought back! Cheesecake Factory was great! I ordered the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. Strangely, it didn't have no red sauce/Ketchup, that I could notice, but it really didn't need it. It was really good. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes was covered in this dark brown sauce, like broth, with mushrooms. The portion was very generous, I couldn't finish it 😞. Overall, it was delicious and worth it! 😊👍

We just went here once, the two of us shared a flatbread pizza to make sure we saved room for the cheesecake. That was still almost too much food. We noticed that the table beside us was filled with about 10 teenage girls who were all taking home leftover containers. The pizza was really good, the strawberry cheesecake and the red velvet cheesecake were exceptional. I was heartbroken to not be able to finish it. It may be a little pricey but the food makes it worth it.

If you are going for a good meal don’t waste your time The waiters or waitresses only give good service to the people who look like they have money. I ordered the pineapple chicken and my rice was not hot. The chicken was good but they over did it with the sauce, not a pleasant dinner. Do not recommend unless you show up in a suit

Not a good day for good service. 02/03/20. Called In to go at 12:00. Was told 20 minutes. Got to restaurant, desert was ready but the food was in back. The poor girl was at the desert counter by here self. No one was running food out. Why was no one helping her? Me and four other people were waiting so she had to go back and get all five orders herself and leave the counter. I ended up with my food 20 more minutes later. I wanted my food ready when I got there. She should have had help. It was not her fault

The apps are always good. However, I worry about their large menu and the food being fresh. Like Gordon Ramsey says how can you manage a menu that large. I prefer a place with a two page menu that will focus on quality or quantity. I think this place is too commercial and I am paying for the name rather than the food.

Amazing food! Fair prices. Huge portions. Great selection of anything you could possibly think of wanting. Our waiter Henry T was fabulous. Customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend reservations for Sunday brunch. Cheesecake selection was of course the best!! Can't wait to be back.

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time the other night and could not have been more pleased, between the atmosphere, the food itself, and the incredible staff, we had an amazing time. Rob took fantastic care of us, recommending choices, checking up on us and helping his fellow staff members. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to have a great night!

I don’t like leaving three stars, and to clarify, it’s not about the food, it’s the service. The food was good but the service....I’ve ordered on many occasions (at least 3-4 times) and not once have I waited less then 20mins (beyond what was stated as pick up time) for my order. I’ve always come right on time (not early) and called the phone number as instructed on the curbside parking spot sign. I’ve found that there’s usually a 50/50 chance that they will actually answer the phone and not put you on hold then eventually forget about you. Once you do get to talk to someone they will say they will be right out and 20mins later you’re still sitting there hoping some will answer the phone so you can ask again if the are coming. I’m not blaming anyone must there must be something wrong with the process.

We originally came to the mall just to stretch our legs, and got hungry in the meantime. Wife had Mexican Tortilla Salad and I had the pasta napolentana. We took home the Oreo and Cinnabon Cheesecakes.. And to start we got two orders of the Mac and Cheese balls thinking they were gonna be small, we were wrong! 11/10 pleasantly surprised, regret not coming sooner.

Tried to eat here, but they wanted us to wear a mask. That makes no sense. You can't eat with a mask on. If you are going to remove the mask to eat, then you have negated the mask. Idiots.

Great location in a fun area with lots of nearby bars. Steak tacos at the bar are my personal favorite. Bar has a huge selection is always spotlessly clean and the service is always really good. My favorite Cheesecake Factory

Last time I ordered pick up meals with free cheesecake, never in my experience at this restaurant, the meals were disappointed (bang bang chicken and shrimp and Cajun Jambalaya pasta). They tasted bland like cheap meals. I was though may be coz i used the free cheesecake promotion?!?! Sure thats not the reason!!!

Haven't been in awhile but total disappoint in food today. Entrees were either bland or too salty. Not really creating flavors of dishes that you think are classic /standard flavors. Had carne asada and didn't even come close to that flavor. Order low carb cheesecake with strawberries and it only came with 3 measly slices

Had to refrain myself from writing an entire review on those delightful little loaves of honey oat bread that just melt in your mouth when freshly baked. Lawd. The Miso Salmon is my go to simply because the miso glaze is phenomenal and sits on a bed of rice that is so pillowy soft with a few snap peas. I don’t really get the cheesecake often simply because the calories in the meals alone are astronomical , but the Tuxedo slice & 30th Anniversary are my “to go” fav. You can play on it always being packed so plan accordingly for extended wait times. Staff always professional and accommodating.

Issues with Air Conditiong based off where you were seated. Had to move several times. Shouldn't have to sweat indoors when eating. Food was good.

I love Cheese Cake Factory but.....being stuck in the hospital and not able to leave my baby in the NICU to go get my own food or I couldn't come back to the hospital due to COVID 19. I order food to be delivered via Door Dash. I was very hungry and disappointed to receive my ordered well done burger (meaning no pink). Not thoroughly cooked.

Took the family out for dinner. The food was alright. Nothing to write home about. Portions a bit smaller for the price. Waiter was nice enough and did offer recommendations when asked. Service was however very slow for not being at all busy. Food took a very long time to get to the table. Cleanliness wasn't otherwise occupying the staffs time because the floors were very dirty. Hey were littered with napkins, food and staws....and that was just under our table as we were seated. As it was became later we ordered our cheesecakes to go. Upon getting home we opened our togo boxes to find pieces of cheesecake that were seemingly half the size of what you would get had it been eaten there although I'm sure it cost the same. Fortunately we only make it to The Cheesecake factory maybe once a year. I do think this location lacks in comparison to others.

Always good. Returned to celebrate me and my husband's 5 year dating anniversary. We met here for dinner 5 years ago today for our first date and first time ever meeting in person. 💞

Great food, good service. I think the waitress was a little overwhelming, but she was friendly and attentive, so I'll take that over rude and being ignored. The location is perfect. It's part of the International Plaza which is basically a giant mall. Just walking through the outdoor food court is awesome, but walking through the inside is just as awesome. Very upscale and classy.

We were given the wrong food in our takeout order even though the receipt on the bag had the correct order on it. Didn’t realize until we drove 20 minutes to get home. Called the store and after 12 minutes on hold they said we would mail us a $25 gift card. I know mistakes happen but being mailed a gift card doesn’t really solve the problem that we didn’t get our dinner tonight. Very poor experience.

My boyfriend and I came here today on Valentine's Day. We started with drinks and dessert. He had the turtle cheese cake and I had the pineapple upside down cheese cake. Both were phenomenal! We also ordered guac, medium heat, and chips. Absolutely delicious. Then for our meals he ordered fish and chips while I had the mushroom flat bread. Again, delicious! The only complaint we might have is that, since sat at the bar, none of the bartenders were very talkative towards us or the other customers. They all just talked amongst themselves and to the servers. We enjoy the friendly conversation when were sitting there but other than them coming around for refills they didn't speak to us much. We would still go there again because the food and atmosphere were great.

Worst customer service , they follow rules without using mind or ethics on how to treat customers .We ordered and payed our order online for curbside pick up , went there on time , called the number written , was put on hold for 30 min, I had to go inside the store to ask ( without mask , wasn’t expecting to go outside my car ), nobody was standing outside the door , only the girl taking check in , very unprofessional she asked me to go outside the store coz I am without mask without even trying to hear my problem , kicked me out for someone to talk with me in a very unrespectful way , last time with cheesecake factory , I hope managers would teach their employees how to be safe and follow the rules but at the same time be respectful and professional on how to deal with different situations .

Covid -19. prepared and server was excellent. Seemed to be moving in slow motion after we ordered food but all was good.

I had excellent Carbonara. They were very safe, masks, social distancing an outside seating.

Food is pretty good, desserts are better. Service was okay, nothing special. We went because we had gift cards. It honestly was kind of an "Eh" evening, I could take it or leave it. Save yourself time waiting for a table and do the YELP reservations, but be on time. Nobody will tell you this ahead of time, but you have a 10-minute grace period if you're late, then they will cancel the YELP reservation at 11 minutes past.

Food was great, we were placed 6ft apart away from other tables and great service as always. Thankful for vegan options :)

The food is GREAT!!!! OLIVER THE MANAGER was GREAT ALSO ,BECAUSE the food to go that was placed in my bag had a hole in the Tupperware and it leaked all in the bag!!!! He saw that I was upset and offered me a Gift card! We come there often so he made a GREAT CALL AND DID THE RIGHT THING!!!

Great customer service at the bar! The burger was great, however, my fries were not as hot. Otherwise, I would go again. Social distancing was also implemented as well. Not sure of the waitress's name, but she is remarkable!!! I was there for happy hour.

Service was AMAZING!!!! Food was mediocre at best. Menu needs thinned out. Presentation was great but it just didnt taste good. Props to this location though they are doing awesome for Covid-19 & it was very clean.

Loved the cleanliness with all going on in the world. Food came out fast and tasted amazing. We got a Banana Cream Pie cheesecake. 10/10 would recommend
